Student Winners From Our 2018 Editorial Cartoon Contest - The New York Times

Adrian Huq was selected as a runner-up in the New York Times' 2018 Editorial Cartoon contest!

Their cartoon is the second one in the runner-up section entitled "What ever happened to the 15th Amendment?" Since the end of Reconstruction up until present-day, voter suppression lives on, though methods have changed.
