Metro 9th grader Sara Garzon-Ospina has won two special awards in the New Haven Science Fair for her project "Can there be a Substitute for Water?" She won the Dennis Bornick Award for Excellence in Environmental Science Studies and Alternative-Energy. AND The Community Foundation of Greater New Haven Award for Ecology, Environmental, and Alternative Energy Research Award. Please congratulate her when you see her and ask her about her project!
