Career Day 2013

Metropolitan Business Academy is looking for engaging speakers from a wide range of career fields to give presentations to students. We are looking for speakers who can give four short presentations on the exciting, rewarding, and most interesting aspects of the work that they do.

If you are interested in participating in Career Day, please fill out the Career Day Form. We are looking for people who are available from 8.00am – 11.00am on Monday April 29th.  In that time we would like people to give one 30 minute presentation to four different groups of students in grades 9-12. Presenters should allow some time within their presentations for student questions and answers.

Metropolitan is also looking for engaging speakers on an ongoing basis to support student learning throughout the year by coming into the classroom and giving short presentations on relevant topics as they arise in the curriculum. By filling out the Ongoing Speaker Form, your contact information will be kept in our database as a critical resource to classroom teachers.
